Is it safe to shop online?
Yes it is extremely safe. When you get to the point in our website where you are required to enter your credit card details you will see a padlock icon on the right in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates that you are using a secure connection and that all information entered will be encrypted.
Credit card payments are handled by third party companies (SECPay, PayPal, WorldPay etc.).
How will I know my order has been received by you?
Once you complete the payment process you will receive two emails.
One email will be sent to you directly from the payment service provider (the company handling the secure card transaction). This is your confirmation that your credit card has been charged.
The second email comes from us and will contain your order details and address details.
Once your order is despatched you will receive a further confirmation email.
